Pardoned J6er Shot By Police

A pardoned J6er was recently shot and killed by a Sheriff Deputy in Jasper County Indiana. Anthony and Gary discuss this case and the blanket pardons of J6er's by President Trump. They also point out the media bias on both the left and right, highlighting some recent comments from the Mayor of Boston that caused outrage. Stolen gold, the disbanding of Patriot Front, fighting cancer, and truth in love are also on the docket throughout the episode.

The Downfall of Tasers and Officer Trial Updates

On this episode Gary and Anthony compile an update on the cases and trials against Ofc. Brad Lunsford, Ofc. Christopher Schurr, Ofc. Terence Sutton, and Ofc. Mac Marquette. These cases represent a sobering reminder that officers are being unjustly charged for crimes while doing a job the public has asked them to do.
Reviewing these cases brings about a discussion about the use of the taser in law enforcement. Over the years the taser has been pushed up to a higher level of force for officers, causing it to become a tool that is less useful and more of a liability for officers.
Gary and Anthony also discuss President Biden's pardon of a cold-blooded cop killer who executed two FBI agents in 1975. They close the episode having a good time with recent comments to the podcast about how we are "copsplaining" and lack skill in creating content.

Officer Brad Lunsford Case

On this episode Gary and Anthony look at the case against Ofc. Brad Lunsford. The Soro's funded Attorney General of New Mexico ignored the reasonable officer standard for use of force incidents and charged Ofc. Lunsford with voluntary manslaughter in a complete miscarriage of justice. His trial is happening right now and we break down the incident and why Ofc. Lunsford operated as any reasonable officer would have.

Should Social Workers Be Attached to Police Departments?

Season 2 of Lowe Expectations starts with a bang. Anthony and Gary tease the upcoming name change and give some updates on some past cases they discussed during Season 1. The guys debate the role of social workers in law enforcement and if it is contributing to mission drift in the profession. They also discuss 2024 stats related to officer involved shootings and it’s relation to crime rates in the black community. Dangerous Hesitation: Did It Play A Role In An Officer's Murder

It's the season one finale of Lowe Expectations! Gary and Anthony tease season two coming in 2025 and banter about the election outcome. In addition they provide an update on the Daniel Penny manslaughter trial. Much of the episode is focused on the dumpster fire that is Chicago and how it's affecting the police officers who work there.
They highlight a public safety advisor in Chicago who makes over 100k per year but fails to keep her vehicle legal and has outstanding warrants.
They turn their main focus on the murder of Ofc. Enrique Martinez in Chicago and why the political landscape of this city caused him and other officers to hesitate on the traffic stop that cost him his life. Officers used to say they'd rather be judged by 12 then carried by 6 but that sentiment is changing. Many officers are finding themselves engaged in dangerous hesitation. Anthony highlights his own examples of hesitation and he and Gary discuss why it's so dangerous for officers.
